I just had an email account of 20 years get nuked today. So i had to go around changing emails. I changed my wow one and am able to log in on this website and on my battle.net but on the app it keeps trying to log me in under my old email. Ive tried deleting battle.net and restarting. Ive tried logging in under my new email and it just says the name and numbers are in use which is ironic because they are my new email and phone number.
I just want to be able to hit the play button like i could yesterday and log in. I can still play wow and classic but i cant log into the app.
I’m not sure what you are seeing, is there something to change this information, can you find a place to log out?
Lets see if clearing your app launcher cache, and if you can log out completely from the launcher first, then log in fresh there.
Almost like your clicking something to start a new account.
Yes it keeps trying to start me with a new account. I just want to log in like i always have but this box pops up every time i launch the app saying that my old email does not have an account associated with it. Which is now true because i have made a new email. Only issue is i cant close the box and use the app normally and if i try and log in with my new information it says the phone number and email are in use.
