Had 1250 trader tender disappeared

Logged in, found I had 0 Traders currency. I logged out, disabled addons, and then logged back in to discover it had returned. I hope this helps!

This is the solution, I can confirm it. I just disabled addons and it worked. my traderā€™s tender are back. Thank you. :grinning:

i might as well put it here. loot the chest got buttercup says i am suppose to get 400
my tt before was 250.

still 250. i got buttercup but not the 400

Same happened to me yesterday.

How fun, this is happening to me as well. Last month I had a good 750 tender go poof, and a GM told me it was a UI error. Ok, nice, fix it then? There is no fix it seems for that. Oh well. Sucks to be me I guess.

Then I log in for this months tenders out of the chest, guess what, 500 also missing there. Oh well. Sucks to be me again.

Restarting, relogging, disable addons, enable addons, nothing fixes it. They are just poof, gone. Sucks to be me I guess. Submitting another request for help from someone. Good luck there.

Can confirm this bug still exists, just checked the traderā€™s post and Iā€™ve got about 3000 - 4000 just gone. I donā€™t have any addons to try disabling either.

Yup I logged in today all my traders tender was gone. The most unuseful support only suggestion was to check my virtual wallet in account. I did, it shows Iā€™m supposed to have 1765. AND ZERO other steps to follow and I dont see a way to open a ticket about this.

Also experiencing this issue atm. I looked at my virtual wallet section in my bnet account and it says Iā€™m supposed to have 1870 traderā€™s tenders.

Just randomly lost 700 currency as well. Was perfectly fine before todays patch. Is there a fix??

Generally, the currency is still there as its stored in the battlenet virtual wallet and its just a problem with the api. Iā€™ve seen people mention in other threads about this that swapping characters fixed the issue.
