About Us
Performance Anxiety is a New Zealand-based Mythic raiding guild aiming for Cutting Edge in 11.1. Our team consists of experienced players who have consistently achieved deep Mythic progression since BfA. Unlike many other OCE guilds, our raid times cater to NZT / early AU, providing a prime opportunity for players who prefer earlier evening raids, and getting into bed well before midnight.
What We’re Looking For
We are currently recruiting skilled players of any class or role who have relevant Mythic experience (ideally 4/8M+ in the current tier or equivalent recent Mythic experience). We value mechanics, consistency, continuous improvement and a team-focused mentality over the class meta.

Requirements
- 4/8M+ experience in Nerub’ar Palace or equivalent Mythic raiding experience in the current expansion.
- Strong raid awareness, commitment to self-improvement, and the ability to execute mechanics.
- Ability to commit to our raid schedule consistently.
