BS is a newly formed guild with a 12/12 US 155 Raid Lead / GM that is looking to jump into shadowlands as strong as possible.
Raid times; 9-12pm EST F/Sat/Sun
As this is a new guild expectations are low for the first tier, however the end goal is to be at least US 200 while never adding additional raid nights and only extending if we are very close to a kill and a unanimous ready check is made. I am very willing to work with anyone who at least has AoTC and help them improve and provide them with an environment to learn what mythic raiding is all about.
Expectations of all raiders going into prepatch and SL after;
95+% attendance rate
High level of knowledge about your class and spec.
Coming to raid prepared (looking to provide raid materials come SL via gbank)
Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism
Ability to know when and how to use your mic appropriately to aid progression.
All tradeable loot will be loot counciled.
Guild rules;
NO RACISM , SEXISM, ETC. If it is not generally accepted socially it is probably not conducive to raiding with 19 other people so keep it to yourself.
