About us:
Cognizant was formed in late S2 of Shadowlands as a casual raiding guild. As time progressed, we transitioned to a more Semi-hardcore format. We have been constantly building and improving our community to reach our goal of achieving cutting edge each tier while maintaining a friendly and positive atmosphere.
Why join us?
We are a strong community with a very active discord server. We highly encourage our players to get comfortable with the guild as a community. We have a very healthy Mythic+ farm/push community and strongly encourage all raiders/trials to maintain an active role in it. We like to have fun, and believe raiding should be something that is fun to do. That being said, we do expect our raiders to take raid seriously when needed to encourage constant progression throughout a tier. We also offer an open invite raid every Saturday that is alt/member friendly.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for raiders that want to play the game. We expect the usual things like being early so we can pull on time, know your class, and always want to be improving yourself and your performance. We expect each raider to do research on their class/specs to be constantly improving their own performance in raid. Raid level alts and offspecs are also highly encouraged!
95% attendance is expected. We understand things come up but we are looking for people that WANT to be here.

1 melee - rogue/enh sham preferred
