Who we are:
At our core, we are just a simple motley crew that Punky has assembled over the past several years. Some of us were enlisted through the various games Punky has played. Some of us know our fearless leader IRL. Kinda sounds like a weird game of 7 degrees of separation from Punky huh?
Why run a guild?
Almost all of us are WoW vets going back to Vanilla and we knew that we didn’t want to level alone. So, naturally, we all decided to play on the same realm together. As there wasn’t enough of us to fill out a raid group, natural progression led us to establish "Yea, It’s Big” to be social, active, and participate in guild chat/runs/activities.
Our Vision:
We made and run this guild for you, our community. We want to establish an atmosphere of openness, compassion, and acceptance. An environment where "Nick the Noob" is comfortable rubbing elbows with "Vinny the Vanilla Vet". The dream is to have a "BIG," thriving, steadfast community that genuinely care about and support one another.
End Game?
SHORT ANSWER: We plan on focusing on raiding (some of us will be doing battlegrounds too of course). We have alliances with various guilds.
Long Answer: Yes, we want to get to end game content and then start progressing further. Yes, we want to be able to look down upon a bloodied and motionless Onyxia as our GM stares her down and says, “Yea, We’re Big” … BUT!!!
That is NOT our top priority. Our true desire lies not in personal accolades. Our desire lies in making sure everyone feels valued and not just a name on a guild roster… it lies In making sure our environment is drama/toxic free and in building an everlasting camaraderie with all of you.
