About us:
Reformed halfway through 8.3 with the goal of obtaining CE on N’zoth (which we succeeded on!), is a 6/10M semi-hardcore progression raiding guild with the goal of Cutting Edge every tier. We are looking to flesh out a solid roster of devoted players to round out our push for CE this tier — and to push even faster in the next tier.
Our raid team raids three nights a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm EST. All raid spots are competitive and all raiders are expected to come to raid prepared with flasks, food, pots, and runes. We expect everyone to have an understanding of new progression encounters before we pull, as we want to be efficient and not waste anyone’s time. Good applicants should be eager to improve and should be reviewing logs in order to improve themselves.
This does not mean that we do not accept casual players however. While our goal is to have a strong mythic raiding team, having a strong community supporting the team is also important to us - this also gives us the opportunity to provide in-house mentoring that could ultimately lead to a mythic raid spot if performance standards are met.
What Are We Looking For:
We are looking for players who not only know how to play their class, but are also constantly keeping up to date with the latest changes and are looking to improve. At the end of the day this is a hobby for us and we want people who like the game enough to study up on their class, raid encounters and so forth.
We ask that you be able to take reasonable criticism and feedback and remember we are all here to have fun, kill bosses, and get loot.
A non-toxic and drama free guildie is always more than welcome.
Trial Period:
Trial periods last approximately 2-3 weeks. During this time, your performance within the raid team will be evaluated. Trial periods may be reduced or extended depending on how our officers view your performance over the trial period. Consistent attendance is key! All raiders are expected to be online and raid-ready 15 mins before raid time.
