<We have a Bear> is looking for raiders for Uldir progression & 8.1 raids. We are looking to fill the last few slots for mythic roster, but are also looking for heroic raiders to come join us for weekly fun.
We have been active as a guild since Tomb of Sargeras, before taking an end of expansion break in anticipation of BFA in the last few weeks of Antorus TBT.
Guild Ethos
We’ve got a healthy, diverse spread of players from all walks of life, age demo from college students to moms & dads.
Drama is bound to happen anywhere, during which our ethos is to talk it out like adults, or take time to cool things off before talking about things.
Because of this we’ve got a really high player retention rate outside of unsubs from real life commitments.
Nonetheless, our doors stay open to members that are respectful to each other, and we definitely respect players that wish to switch to a higher intensity level to push for progression for a tier or expansion or what not.
Our long term goal is to get progressively adept at raiding together as guild, including discussing and carrying out strategies to kill progression bosses.
We are extremely receptive to player feedback.
Raid Nights
T/W/Th 10pm-1am EST
As progression goes into farm, T/W will be our main nights with Thursday being allocated as optional night.
Nonetheless be prepared for two of these three nights a week.
Social
10pm-1am EST
Friday +9 key pushes
Sat/Sun/Monday +10 key completion, Glory achievements on Normal, social Ba’al e.t.c
Weekly mythic +
Legion:
On Sunday nights we set up guild groups to get +15s done for mains for raiders for max mythic cache gear.
We have players that are capable of high mythic plus progression (beyond the 20s) for anyone interested.
BFA:
Groups tend to get formed on our Optional raid night or after raid in general.
If interested in 10+ keys which we have a few of, do take the time to learn or practice certain dungeons to be able to time +9s.
In lieu of hard affix weeks we will try to spend 11 keys on multiple guild members the week before so that we have a healthy stock of +10s for rough push weeks.
Casual PVP/ Arenas
We do casual BGs and if a good ranked team/ time permits for our players, will move once again into RBGs.
