<Vindicated>is a reborn guild of experienced and mature individuals who have consistently raided full clears since opening week. Many of our players were within a large social guild that casually raided (feel free to look up our logs by character to see). We have since formed our own guild with our own mission. We have 23 regular raiders and are looking for two additional R-DPS that wish to join as we solidify our full 25m Ulduar Roster.

Our officer core has raided together for many years through both retail and classic expansions. We participated in the server first Ragnaros on Bigglesworth (Classic) and crafted our planning and leadership strategy from learning what it takes to wrangle (40) players together throughout an entire release.
Why we raid: We raid to have a great time! We have a great time when we’re prepared to raid, and it shows with timeliness and efficiency. We are a progression raid team and firmly believe we can clear all progression content in six hours or less (P1 is much less), every week. To achieve this, we need all raiders knowledgeable on content, knowing their class, and definitely not standing in fire.
When we raid: Scheduled Raid days are Wed/Thur 8:30-11:30 EST (server time)
How we raid: We utilize a PTT channel in discord for 25m raids; We ask people to keep cross chatter down as it can get very distracting. Our goal (in combat) is to keep comms open for important callouts.
We consider ourselves a semi-hardcore raid team which to us means, thorough organization, starting on-time, no shaming and blaming, and cool calm leadership.
How will loot be handled

Phase(1) For the remainder of T7 we will be filling out our final core spots and utilizing SR>MS>OS system with (Iris) guild HR.

In Phase(2) we will have a set roster and utilize a Thatsmybis priority loot system that rewards attendance. This system will be transparent, fair, with rules cleanly written.
