I’m coming back to wow after a break. I have a 120 mage that I’m going to be faction changing to Horde and am looking for a new server / guild. I’m a casual player who enjoys doing group content regularly (dungeons, raids, PvP, collecting transmogs, mounts, etc.). I enjoy raids however, I have RL commitments and need to maintain a flexible schedule when it comes to WoW / gametime.
With that said, I’d love to find an active guild to join and partake in raids when I can without being penalized for missing them (my availability may allow me to raid multiple times / week or force me to skip a week entirely). I’d also like the guild to have an active discord / voice chat outside of in game guild chat.

Currently, we are running a new Heroic Progession raid group, with plans to get heroic on farm and move onto some M raiding. We have weekly M+ night (Thursdays) and plan to get a PvP group going in the future.
Raid Goals: We have AOTC but would like to reclear Heroic several times since most of our raiders, went to classic. Once we have a atleast a 2/3/9 group we’ll raid mythic

-We expect all raiders to hold themselves accountable, take ownership of your mistakes and learn from them. Help is always available if you aren’t understanding something or need clarification.
-We expect each team member to come prepared knowing the strategies for each boss before entering raid by looking at strat/kill videos/warcraftlogs replays.
-We expect all raiders to be able to take constructive criticism well so they can look into their own logs/wowanalyzer to improve their gameplay wherever it is needed.
-We expect raiders to have appropriate addons installed and updated before raid; we use Angry Assignments, GTFO and Weak Auras - this is not optional.
