Abandon Ship (AS) is a World of Warcraft, Mythic Raiding guild that branches out into a community of other games! Our main goal, is to have fun while progressing at a mythic level while people playing what they want to play rather than being shoehorned into a class/spec/role they don’t enjoy! We’re making a push for cutting edge after finishing Uldir 7/8M for the tier.
We have a two week ‘trial’ period where new recruits are expected to show up to raid and being as active as possible before being bumped up to raider rank. Our preference is to keep trials in 100% of attempts so we can properly evaluate you against progression and farmed content. We also shoot to have the most competitive group and best comp possible for progression fights so we always ask if you are sat for a fight (even our seasoned raiders) that no one gets butthurt and understands the reasons behind doing so!
Raids are 8:30pm - 11:30pm server (EST) Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also have a heroic raid clear on Sundays at the same raid times that is optional for raiders, but it’s a good opportunity to showcase your talents
We also have two or so groups of people who push high M+ keys, and so if you are into pushing higher keys there is a place for you here.
If you’re interested in joining our crew (pun intended), we are ALWAYS recruiting any role and would love to have you join us! We are always looking for new friends to join us in the laughs of the community we have developed over the years!
What we’re looking for: melee, ranged, healers of all classes. We typically take the player over the class, but if you are an exceptional warlock, hunter, elemental shaman, we’d be the most interested.
What we expect: We expect 90% attendance. Things come up, and sometimes you have to miss raid, we get that, but we are looking for dependable raiders. Additionally, you must be able to learn from mistakes and continuously strive for self improvement. Coming ready to prepot and wipe on mythic content while maintaining a positive attitude is a must. We do have a neck requirement pace.
