Hello, Mankrik Horde players!
< Unfortunate > is a newly established semi-serious weekend raiding guild whose doors are currently open for recruitment. We are looking for raiders interested in pushing content at an enjoyable but professional pace throughout Burning Crusade Classic to the final phase. Social members are also welcome to join, as we seek to build a community of people who enjoy playing the game together.
Our guild’s leadership is composed of seasoned Retail and Classic players, including both AOTC and Mythic-focused Retail raiders with experience in Classic raids through Phase 6.
Information on guild raid times, raid policy and expectations, guild environment, and recruitment needs are as follows:
Raid Times
- Friday/Saturday, 9:00pm - 11:30pm EST/Mankrik server time.
Raid Policy & Expectations
- Show up on time, ready to raid with appropriate consumables and buffs according to the raid leader’s specifications. If you cannot make it to raid, communicate with us ahead of time.
- When it’s time to focus up, be ready to focus up. We’re here to have fun, but we’re also here to clear content.
- Be prepared to adhere to optimal builds for your class/role as the raid requires. We value people’s ability to play what they find enjoyable, but not at the expense of their performance.
- Loot will be distributed via a private loot council. Factors such as performance, attendance, and overall value to the raid will determine allocation of loot.
- In order to ensure that people have some say in the loot they receive, we will be using a priority spreadsheet to ensure that people can highlight which BiS items they are interested in receiving.
- Each raider will complete a 2 week trial period before moving to full raider status. For many of our initial raiders this will simply be a formality and should not affect loot priority.
- Do not cause drama. Problem members in and out of raid will be dealt with swiftly and decisively.
Guild Environment
- As above, so below. Do not cause drama.
- Be respectful of others. No racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise derogatory language or behavior will be tolerated, joking or otherwise.
- Keep politics, religion, and related topics out of public chat channels. If you want to talk about these topics, switch to private messaging.
