Attendance Policy:
We have a laid back attendance policy, we’re not required 95% attendance or no loot etc, we understand that life happens, things come up, and you can’t always make it to raid, even more soon during the weekends. Although it is a relaxed policy, attendance is watched for “repeat offenders” and will play a roll in loot council items. We just ask for a heads up in advance when you know you wont be able to make it.

Loot Rules:
- Soft Reserve with Loot Council
- Big ticket items that most classes/specs need will be decided by loot council and handed out based on players attendance, participation, etc.
- Soft reserve will be open sheet, 1 item reserve, with certain items hard reserved for Tanks/Heals/Loot Council decision.
- We aim for a fair distribution of loot
- I.E. Someone wins a Soft Res on week one, changes their Soft res for week two, the items drops and they’re competing against someone who didn’t win a soft res item the week one, the item will go to someone who hasn’t won an upgrade vs. someone who has won an item upgrade already.
What We’re Looking For:
Individuals that are ready and willing to progress through phase 2, whom come prepared by being fully enchanted, properly gemmed, and know their class. They have proper consumes such as: well fed foods, flasks/elixirs, weapon enhancements. They know their rotation and looks to perform at the best of their ability. They can also take constructive criticism as a positive feedback to become stronger, and not see it as negativity. The overall goal is to clear all content as quickly and efficiently as possible, while enjoying our time together!
