SCHEDULE:
Progression is Tuesday/Thursday from 8pm-11pm EST.
Optional Wednesday Community/Alt raid.
TEAM GOALS:
While we are striving for CE, it is a long-term goal ! The people who form our team are here to further their skills in Mythic raiding and push themselves to perform to the best of their ability and down difficult bosses. We are always looking for ways to improve our numbers and mechanic management. Killing bosses, getting loot and looking good while doing it, while making friends along the way.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US:
Raids that start on time and end on time. We do not like to see others waste people’s time, and we strive to make the most of our time in the raid. That said, there is always time to have fun in raid. We will keep raid disruptions to a minimum.
Friendly environment with no toxicity or harassment. We strive to provide a nice clean environment that welcomes anyone and everyone!
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
Attendance - While we accept that 100% attendance is unrealistic, we do ask that you let us know as much in advance as possible and that you show up on time to any raid you say you’ll be at
Knowledge & Passion - Understanding your class & have the drive to be better
Curiosity - Be willing to learn more, and learn from your own logs and those of others to improve
Patience - Know that wiping is a part of mythic raiding and that it will happen. With that, players will sit on occasion. We aim for a 26 person roster to cover the inevitability of real life, and that means everyone takes their turn on the bench.
Self-responsibilty - Our Raiders are expected to maintain their main raider weekly, and stay current with gear. We require one +15 key done a week, with a strong suggestion of 4, to keep everyone moving forward and ensure we are progressing.
