Founded in 2014, Sweet Love Under Tyranny is the ideal guild for the ex-hardcore raider who wants to experience the raid content at an above average level without committing to a heavy raiding schedule.
- Ahead of the Curve is our main goal (seriously pushing for Cutting Edge requires heavy commitment and we’re not about that life anymore)
- Personal Loot (No Loot Council/DKP but plenty of trading amongst guildies)
- 1 Raid Night a week (Thurs 8pm-12am EST)
“If you’re not pushing for Cutting Edge, what do you do during raid time after you achieve Ahead of the Curve?”
- Glory of the Raider achievement (rare mount group reward)
- First few bosses of Mythic (At least 3 on farm for Great Vault reward)
- High M+ Key pushes (Keystone Master guild groups) 1/2 the raid completed and growing
- Farm content / Alts runs
- Small break before next raid releases
We believe our niche approach to raiding hits a perfect balance between fun and progression without the burnout and heavy commitment. We’re looking to round out our raid team and are currently recruiting…

- 2 Range DPS (Preferably Mage and Shadow Priest)

Hey guys,
Love the sound of what you guys are as a guild. Quick backstory. My guild formed up in beginning of SL as a “friend” guild. Some of us have played wow together for a while now always coming back here and there maybe playing with each other. This tier we decided to form into an actual guild and even have welcomed some of our other in game friends from other games to WoW. With some new players, progression has been slow but that was expected. however now that we are hitting more difficult bosses and not everyone likes SL we are losing people. Tonight we only had 10 in raid and we are losing people what seems like every week. We are 7/10H. Our goal was only AOTC this tier.
All that said, I am personally 8/10 H. I pugged 8/10 weeks ago but decided to quit trying with pugs and only raid with our team. I am technically a “Co-GM” and the Raid leader. Prev CE exp like you guys but don’t want to do that anymore. My classes atm are shadow/holy priest. 210+ for both. I usually heal mainly because it’s way easier to lead as a healer than dps. People knock on holy priest but I love it and absolutely pump out the HPS. I also have a Hpally around 207 I believe. I will play either if you guys have a preference and have no problem switching depending on what we need for the current fight (more dps, more heals, diff heal comp). I still have to talk to my guys because it’s not an ill will against them or anything like that. Our core exp players run m+ as well but haven’t been focusing that really. 1 14 per week if we feel like it. I will add you on bnet and leave mine as well where we can talk more, I can send logs and what not. Talk soon, thanks.

bumping for 4/10 mythic prog with 2 progression kills in one night!
Why burnout and raid 2-3 nights and 6-9 hours a week when you could raid one four hour night with us!? We do M+/KSM on off nights as well!
Still looking for the somehow-elusive disc priest! Or a disc priest that can offspec shadow! Or a shadowpriest that can offspec disc! Hell we’d take a shadowpriest too.
Also looking to fill the roster with another Mage, DK, or other exceptional applicants.
