We are a new semi-hardcore guild that formed a team and progressed through full 12/12M in just 8 weeks time and are now heavily recruiting to bolster our roster for ShadowLands Progression. Heading into the new expansion the focus of the team will remain the same in achieving CE across all tiers while maintaining a fun/enjoyable raid environment. We’re all vocal and exceptionally welcoming to everyone and involve each player, we hold everyone to the same standards across the guild.
—What we expect of you—
• Being on Time for raids or notifying officers if you cannot make it
• Fully prepared for raids (Don’t forget grabbing things like your seals or anything else you might require during raid time, watching the next fights in advance to have an idea of encounter mechanics)
• Knowing your class in and out, being able to maximize your output for each specific encounter (Talent switching) being up to date with class changes and so forth.
• Excellent raid awareness, being able to watch what is happening around you and what is coming up next to avoid unnecessary damage taken or loss of damage.
• Understanding mistakes that are occurring and the accountability to own up to them and fix them pull to pull.
• Being able to adjust quickly to changed circumstances that may arise during encounters.
• Team Player, The understanding of a rotating roster to better optimize the raid for each boss as needed during Progression (WITHOUT getting Salty).

Recruitment Needs
We are currently accepting all classes/specs in preparation for Shadowlands.
Applicants will put forth logs and any prior CE experience, present or past.
We raid Tues/Weds/Thurs from 8-11 est.
Recruitment for Alt/Bench/Casual/Social spots are open to any and all classes as well. We will be trialing applicants through re-clears and we intend to go into shadowlands with a competitive roster.
