About Blades of Wrath :: Alliance - Icecrown
Blades of Wrath is an Alliance raiding guild located on the US-Icecrown server. Originating from the Torvonnilous server in Everquest, BoW was an established premier raiding guild on Icecrown. Our members have experienced and defeated every raid encounter since Molten Core while totaling an estimated 178,000 hours of aggregate raid experience.
BoW stopped raiding at the first tier of Mists of Pandaria.
We have come back in BFA and we raid casual for two days a week now. We currently have arounf 17 people and were looking for 3 to 5 more people to start our mythic progress. We have very skilled raiders, so were looking for people who don’t want to raid serious anymore but also don’t want to waste their time. We do Mythic 10’s weekly also

Raiding with Blades of Wrath
We would like our raiders to be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday Alt run (not required) from 8:30pm - 10:30pm server time (9:30pm - 12:30am EST).
Our progression raids are THREE hours of straight attempts with a 10 minute break somewhere in the middle. The guild covers the vast majority of expenses including repairs, feasts, and some other consumables, but we still expect every member to come fully prepared to raids.
We use Discord for raid communications and it is a requirement of every raider to at least be able to listen.

<Estratovus> is an Alliance guild on Sargeras (US) that runs in a more semi-hardcore/casual environment with a focus on obtaining AOTC every tier. Even though we play on the more “casual” basis we do play to succeed and our goal is to push relevant content as it becomes available.
Guild Highlights:
• Semi-Hardcore Raiding – we may not push competitively for top 100 or server firsts but we do aim to push relevant content with a focus on AOTC each tier
• Alt-Raiding, Dungeons/M+, PvP, World PvP, Xmog Runs, Leveling/Social
• Adult/mature guild (21+) - most of us are working adults and we get life happens
• A more casual, friendly, professional (no yelling at each other), and welcoming environment
• Returning or new player(s) friendly
• Inclusive “All Are Welcome” Policy - LGBTQ+ friendly
• Competent raiders and players to push M+ with – although we are welcoming to everyone, we do expect baseline capabilities to include someone in our core raiding team. Rest assured we login to DOWN bosses even as a more casual guild.

• First Official Run: October 27, 2018 - Though we lack official progress in Uldir we are working on finalizing our raid team with the intent of hitting 8.1 raids for a solid AOTC clear.

• Uldir - Mythic: 0/8

Recruitment Needs:
As a newer guild we are currently in the process of finalizing our raiding core with the intention of hitting the ground running once the patch 8.1 raids hit live. With that said we do currently have some flexibility if you are interested in switching mains or if you have friends that may be interested in also joining you.
A (H) next to a class or role means we currently have a high recruitment need.
• TANK: Closed - our second tank is willing to go DPS for the right tank replacement (i.e. near 100% attendance, raid leading able, and raid ready)
• OFF SPEC-TANK w/DPS Main Spec: OPEN
• HEALERS: Closed - potentially have an opening on core - please inquire if interested (Priest/Pally/Shaman/Druid preferred).
• OFF SPEC-HEALERS w/DPS Main Spec: OPEN
• RANGE DPS: Druid(H), Hunter, Mage(H), Priest(H), Shaman(H), Warlock
• MELEE DPS: Closed - we are willing to talk to strong melee DPS about LIMITED openings
• Any players who are interested in casual/fill-in raiding or just need a guild to call home. Willing to help new or returning players.

About Us:
Haven is a H alliance guild on Malygos/Icecrown looking to recruit active and dependable players seeking a long-term guild home. We are a tight-knit community made up of friends: some real life, some digital. Our primary goal is to maintain a fun and relaxed atmosphere as we move forward in progressing towards attaining AOTC in each tier and possibly down a mythic boss or three (time permitting)!
Current Needs:
We are looking for healers and dps to round out our core team though all are welcomed as we run mythic+, fun runs*, achievement runs, as well as the occasional dalliance of PvP shenanigans.
Our guild recruitment checklist is simple:
- Personality - We are looking for laid-back and easy-going people who like to have fun. Most are 30+ but all ages are welcome.
- Patience - At some point, we’re all learning content together so please be respectful, courteous, and willing to learn.
- Understanding - Not everyone plays at the same pace. Balancing work and family is important!
Raider expectations:
We expect you to invest some time and effort into developing your knowledge of gear/rotation for your class, but as long as you have good raid awareness (mechanics and your ability to survive are crucial), and are willing to put the work in, we’d be happy to have you join our raid group.
