[H] < At It Again > is, well, at it again!
< AIA > will be a premier Season of Mastery PvE Horde raiding guild on the Shadowstrike (PVE-EST) server, with experienced leadership in managing high-end guilds through multiple iterations of WoW. < AIA > will raid Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10pm-1am (EST), with the eventual addition of Wednesdays in later phases once needed. Due to the increased release speed of phases, < AIA > will be enforcing split raids as quickly as possible. We will utilize a zero-sum DKP system, with a few caveats, to allow for full transparency and fair distribution with optimal efficiency.
We are recruiting quality-caliber gamers looking for an open and organized structure, that also desire a community that fosters close lasting friendships. If you agree with the following items, we want to hear from you! Note: Limited melee spots available; strong needs for ranged and healers.
• I excel in a competitive raid environment that challenges me to continuously improve each week.
• I expect my guildmates to apply themselves as much as I do.
• Although I am a high-performance player, I don't take myself too seriously and don't get offended by critiques or suggestions.
• I enjoy chatting in Discord with my guildmates and keep myself updated with Discord messages regularly.
• I think the guildmaster is a complete idiot but at least he is cute.
< AIA > is recruiting for a lean roster with a meta-ish composition. For full consideration, applicants must be willing to maintain two characters (one main and one alt) with full consumables and raid attendance. Applicants will be interviewed and, pending acceptance, allowed a minimum two-week trial period. At the conclusion of the two-week trial period, each < AIA > raider will be allowed to vote on the applicant’s promotion to raider.
< AIA > will not be pushing for world/server rankings. Our only objective will be clean, efficient raiding with continuous internal improvement each week.
