And we have a new logo!
Was it easier to make a new guild than do a normal transfer of ownership from the GM to another officer?
No malice or anything, just random curious question.
A fair question!
While Vās retiring from the game, she openly admitted that she still felt attachment to the guild. A combination of pride and nostalgia that ultimately prevented her from completely cutting it and all its achievements and chatlogs and everything free. Especially not with the possibility that it might be renamed or -even worse- eventually deleted and thereād be nothing she can do. No evidence that it ever existed. I teared up just typing /gquit. I canāt imagine what actually giving it all up must be like.
That said, we have transferred the contents of the guild bank, Discord, even Google and Notion account privileges.
The guild is more or less continuing as one would expect with the retirement of itās founder/GM. But in the end, actually passing off the guild itself was just something she couldnāt bring herself to do. Itās as dear to her heart as the actual character-which she also doesnāt seem to be deleting. Not that I blame her. I mean, she has a Brutosaur, for cripeās sake!
And bought a second one for her co-CEO.
Any chance this place is still hiring?
We are! Check out our new thread over at [H-RP] Firebrand Trust is now Hiring!
Oop-checked the apply link. Iām not >/=20, so no dice. Dangit.
Sorry to hear that, but I greatly appreciate the honesty! That doesnāt mean you canāt RP with us or other goblins in general, though! In the meantime, feel free to add me to your friendās list in case weāre both in game. Iāll try to get you in touch with a guild that works for you.
Oh-thanks! Thats really nice of you.
Well just this past weekFirebrand Trust had a wonderful time in Zandalar helpinā out all the poor war orphans. Some of them wanted to play a surprise game of Hide and Seek! For a few hours! Up many stairs that hurt my old achey joints!
But then the day ended with a lovely cookout on the beach and lots of scary stories that lulled everyone into a nice sleep! It was a great night for all, and one put together by all Firebrand Trust employees!
They called me an āevil snake-monā.
