I like to call myself a perma-newbie. I joined Firebrand almost a year ago with some friends who wanted to goof around and make a small horde of Vulpera (this is the reason I came back to WoW). One of their friends was in the guild and invited us as a cool RP guild that’s pretty casual. Bar-friendly, if you will.
I will say, for those of you who are new to RP, this is a great guild to join. Everyone’s friendly and helpful, their introduction to the guild helps you learn about how it works and meet people from the guild, and they’re always looking for new ideas. While you only need to do one guild event per month to stay active, it’s super easy to get involved in a lot of things because they’re so fun.
For those veterans of RP, the drama stays in the storyline RP, and on Firebrand time we’re held to a (stabby) professional standard. Also no smoochies on Firebrand time, V will come after you for not making her gold on Firebrand time. There’s always something to do and there’s lots of fun people to hang out (and plot) with.

Can smooch on your own damn time. Where’s my money?

And if you dislike smoochies in the first place, there are plenty of curmudgeons for all of your grumbling needs.

Last night, we hung out just to chat in the guild base for a little while. We ended up with self-defense lessons… somehow…

We have some pretty cool things in store! Including the upcoming Guppy Bowl, a Guild Faire in the works, and not to mention the Gilded Market (which is every month by the way!) and in a couple months the seasonal gala!
Seriously these events are cooler if you’re with us.
Plus we’re cool too, ignore the fire.

Last night’s Gilded Market was probably the most hectic one we’ve had in a while, but we made it! Wooo!
Bring it on, rest of the month!

How can Firebrand help you tell YOUR story? We’re not kidding when we say our motto, “Your future is our business.” Sunday saw our latest meeting of the research team where they discussed various projects each was working on - and how they could help each other accomplish those.

The research branch is out here keeping me busy with all these projects! I almost can’t keep up with all of them.
From mixing different schools of magic, soul-binding fail-safes, light charging crystal batteries, volatile ghost iron explosives, cursed artifacts, it’s almost too much to keep up with!
I’ve personally helped with setting up a fel-garden the other day, and it was a blast! Can’t wait to see what other awesome ideas come from the people here.

I’m gonna be testing out some cursed dice (by rolling them repeatedly probably) and then immediately go on an expedition for a relic that is rumored to be a good luck charm so we’ll see if the two cancel each other out. The relic is rumored to explode sometimes, though. What could possibly go wrong?

I’ve been part of this guild for a little over a year now and honestly I couldn’t go anywhere else now.
Firebrand is so unique in how it’s run I’ve never seen another guild do things this way, and honestly it’s such a great place to be.

Good morning, World of Warcraft! Today is our 3rd anniversary as a guild and it’s been a fun and crazy ride Tomorrow, we’re doing a game that’s as active but as low key as tag football as a celebration.

I’m not going to act like I’ve been in many guilds over these years. I wasn’t. And even when I was in them, I wouldn’t have called myself particularly engaged. I’d do some content, RP here and there, then take a couple months off.
So I never would have thought I’d find myself playing the game continuously for 3 years straight. Or stick with a single guild throughout that whole time. Or work as an actual guild officer, of all things!
Here’s to more fun times in the future!

We played Karpball - Wow soccer with the Whitewater Carp toy. They had a blast and we’re looking to do it more often now with art prizes!

Alright, another year anniversary celebrated, another gameshow held, more branch events knocked out. I guess now it’s time to go dormant this week and just…
Oh wait. We have things scheduled and activities for guildies to engage with literally every day this week. I guess we just get to keep being active and always have fun RP. Such is the Curse* of Firebrand Enterprises, doomed to always be fun and busy.
*The actual Firebrand Curse™ is on your dice. Firebrand Enterprises is not liable for any natural 1s rolled.

Today we talk about the Shadowlands in our company town of Pyrewatch. Wednesday, we hang out with another guild; Thursday is recruiting in Orgrimmar; Friday is raiding and a pub; and Saturday finishes off the week with a shaman revival and a monster tournament!

Before I joined Firebrand Enterprises, I was dissatisfied with the RP guilds I saw. Not that there is anything wrong with them, they just weren’t right for ME. Military style guilds, guilds with over arching storylines that you had to go to every event to know what was going on, amorphous sort of guilds that were hard to know what you were supposed to do.
Firebrand was built for someone like me and really, someone that might fit into all of the above or none of the above. We have something for everyone. My schedule is wonky but Firebrand has so many events that there are definitely events that fit into it. Firebrand has over arching stories but they are not required if you’re not into that. We have casual events, silly events, serious events, fighting events, competition events and so much more. Firebrand is a perfection of schedule, quantity, quality, and variety of events.
Events aside, I have felt really welcome in Firebrand. This is exactly the type of RP guild I didn’t know I was searching for. My RP guild search is over. Yours could be too!

It’s been a big week with alot going on for everyone. Yesterday, I was able to make arrangements with Stormwind University to come do a presentation just for Firebrand in our guild base. That’s going to be in March.
