[H-RP: Event] The Empyrean Conclave

The Legion is defeated. The Scourge lies dormant. The Worldbreaker has fallen. The fires of war that raged across our world for so many years are now but embers. Yet even now, shadows creep forth from the sea, from the earth, and from the darkest corners of our imaginations.

In light of the recent tumult of the Fourth War, I propose the establishment of a new gathering: a meeting of the minds whereby those preoccupied with the study of the cosmos can gather as one. Now is the time to pursue the enlightenment offered by the mutuality of shared knowledge.

Poisoners, prophets, practitioners of the occult and scholars of all things magical and scientific, I write to you on behalf of the Royal Apothecary Society, the Forsaken, and the Horde. Let us now gather as one to usher in a new era of learning and understanding.

Hello, Wyrmrest Accord!

Inspired by the many wonderful RPers who have taken the time to host debates and lectures, I will be starting a new monthly series of educationally-focused events.

What: A public gathering geared toward Horde characters with an interest in a wide variety of topics related to the study and/or manipulation of the world. This does not have to mean magic! Your character might be an accomplished engineer, a renowned brewer of poisons, or an avid archaeologist.

Where: The Cleft of Shadow, Orgrimmar.

When: The second Saturday of each month!
NEXT SCHEDULED CONCLAVE: Saturday, November 9th @ 7:00pm server time.

All are welcome to attend and listen to the presentation (or presentations) of the night!

Any characters interested in participating by giving a lecture or a demonstration should:

Thea’s lectures are perfection. You might not be here to learn, but you’re going to learn -something- regardless. Whether it’s IC or a host of “help-I-need-a-dictionary” adjectives, be there.

You won’t get this level of immersion anywhere else!
