Looking for a 3 day raiding guild, mon through wednesday is ideal. I don’t mind raiding EST times even though I am PST. My work schedule can be pretty flexible. I plan on taking 2-3 weeks off either at the launch of SL or at the release of the tier. I mained a DH for all of BFA, and didn’t play alts because of the way they were set up in BFA.
I plan on playing a warlock, shaman, or paladin for SL, but i’m not attached to any of those classes and capable of switching around. I would perfer to stay horde. Here’s my discord if you want to chat further ex#6331

Guild Information

Sublime is a well established end game raiding guild with a long history of Horde first accomplishments on Lightninghoof since 2006. We are a group of people that have been raiding together since vanilla performing at top raid progression on the server. Our raid sizes have varied over the history of the game, but we have always continued to raid. We have gained new long term guild members, see other members move on, and see old faces return. In all that time our guild has continued on. Our guild has now moved to the server Hyjal in order to be part of a larger and more active community. With new energy we look forward to where the end of BFA is going to take us and moving forward into Shadowlands.
Raiding Expectations
Players are expected to attend all raids per week and message an officer or post in discord if they will miss a raid. We understand that real life issues happen and we are happy to accommodate you, as long as notice is given.
All applicants should be near or at their ideal setup to directly contribute to our current content.
Raiders should always live up to their mistakes and learn from them.
We provide funds for repairs as well as flasks and consumables for progression content. Along with free enchants/gems for main spec gear.
We do not recruit for the bench, however we will make the most optimal group based on who is online for the raid.

Keytime - Thrall is a former Cutting Edge guild on Thrall [H]. We will be reforming in late August to get ready for the Shadowlands release.

We’re looking for returning players with some prior CE-level experience who want a somewhat casual raid schedule while utilizing some of the best-practices you see in more serious environments. We are horde, and would probably look for you to play your shaman or paladin out of the three you listed for Shadowlands.
We raid a fairly casual schedule and try to take advantage of our limited hours by coming to raid well prepared and highly organized. As an example, we use PTR testing footage and logs to create strats we’ll use during week 1. There’s an example from Ny’alotha in our recruitment information, and we also already have a guide posted for Hungering Destroyer in Castle Nathria (1 of the 4 bosses tested last week)
Our primary organizational focus is on maintaining a positive and productive raid culture. We’re willing to make short term sacrifices like investing in a player who shows potential and needs some gear and some practice or removing a player who might be highly skilled individually but isn’t on board with playing as a team and keeping the raid culture positive.

Smooth Brain
We are a guild on Bleeding Hollow Horde looking for dps and a healer or two. The guild is comprised of a group of returning US Top 100 players who stopped raiding in BfA because…well ya know and are making a return for Shadowlands. Since forming at the beginning of June we have been focused on building a roster of experienced raiders who fit in the relaxed environment we’re aiming for. With many of us having experience in higher end raiding the target for the guild is to progress in the US 100-200 range. As a result, we are taking our time with recruitment in order to meet these goals.
Though primarily a WoW raiding guild, most of the gang will do high keys or play other games with each other (League, FFIV, Warzone, etc.). While we are more than welcoming to those who simply wish to raid the full Smooth Brain experience in much more.

Akai Soubi has been an established guild on Uther since Molten Core with multiple server firsts from BC through Cata. Now, we are a primarily Heroic flex raiding guild but maintain our commitment to hard work and excellence.
