About:
Pariah is a semi-hardcore guild looking to recruit well rounded players to prog Ulduar 25m Hardmodes! Currently we are looking to recruit a few classes to help fill out our 25m roster. We would like to maintain a total of 30 players to ensure the roster is full for raid nights. The guild formed during the pre-patch for WotLK and is ran by a council of 5 officers. We are a progress focused guild with a goal of full clearing all content while it is current. Our loot system is RCLootCouncil with a focus on spreading loot around to all players while also trying to reward exceptional players when the opportunity arises.
Raid Schedule:
Main raid nights are Tue/Thur 7:30 - 10:30 PM CST.
Off nights are 10 man runs, usually Wed/Sun/Mon 7:30 - 10:30 PM CST.
Expectations:
Good attendence
Be on time for raid (~30 minutes prior to start)
Come to raid prepared
Solid understanding of mechanics and the ability to execute them
Willingness to adapt when the raid needs it
Ability to remain level-headed during stressful situations

Trial Period:
Trial period is usually a minimum of 2 weeks of raiding with the guild. Trials will be lower priority when dealing out loot.
