Hello, we are a three night guild, (although right now we haven’t been raiding 3 nights due to roster boss) but are open and looking to rotate 2 night people in order to fill roster and allow people to still enjoy their RL!

How does your Trial work? [Trials are required to be present and active for three weeks of raiding. Trials must join the guild to be promoted to a raider]
Are you Recruiting for Roster or Bench? [We don’t have a bench. We have a roster. Everyone has an equal chance to be in for progression and we work on getting everyone rotated for reclears for vault. My raid leader will decide who is in for prog and he also likes to rotate people to give them playing time and experience with the boss.]
What if I can’t always do three days? [We are looking to become flexible with our team and slot in a rotation of 2-day persons between the three days. Feel free to discuss this option]
Blarg Squad is on Illidan and looking to enjoy mythic progression, with players who come prepared to execute and have a good time. We are looking for teammates, people who want to be part of a thriving and active team that builds relationships together - not a show up for a raid-logging environment. Guild Leadership has raid experience from Vanilla through current, including past server firsts, with the goal to achieve CE in a timely manner.
Play the class you enjoy and the spec you enjoy. We expect you will put in the time to complete content, mythic plus, and weekly requirements for your SL Covenant. For raid, put in the effort to know the fights and mechanics and own up to your errors and work on them. It’s progression for a reason after all. Understand as well, our RL will put the best in for progression, period.
The guild provides cauldrons and feasts at raids, however, we expect you to bring health and mana pots, dps pots, oils, your extra flask if you are not alchemy, and armor kits.

NEW FOR SEPULCHER & 9.2
Currently recruiting a few high-performing players looking to start in Sepulcher with us. Mainly looking for big dps (100% attendance Havoc DH, DK, Warlock and a Priest) to round out our mythic raiding roster. All classes welcome if you can prove your worth to the team.
Looking for shorter raid hours? Can’t commit to a heavy raid schedule but still want to progress through the hardest content? We might be what you’re looking for.
We have earned CE in Sanctum of Domination, Castle Nathria, Ny’alotha, BoD, Uldir, Antorus, Nighthold, Emerald Nightmare, and Hellfire Citadel raiding only 6 hours (2x 3hr raids) a week.

Schedule: 7:30 PM-10:30 PM PT (Tuesday/Thursday)
is a guild formed for those who want to progress through Mythic raid content on a casual-like schedule. We pride ourselves on staying competitive and clearing the hardest content while only committing to a 2 night (6 hours total) raid schedule. Many of us have been playing since vanilla and have raided in highly competitive guilds in the past.
Recruitment: We look for raiders that not only perform at a high level but can also commit to a 90%+ attendance. We maintain a rather small roster (22-25) for a raiding guild of this level and rotate raiders in on a boss-to-boss basis based on mechanics/loot needs.
Culture fit is also very important. Many people in our guild are also friends outside World of Warcraft. The past few years have seen many members of the guild attend BlizzCon together or other meetups. On off-nights, you can also find us running Mythic+, alt-raids or even playing different games together (Overwatch, Diablo, Lost Ark, LoL, and other popular games).
