What is the Dak Shack?
-The Dak Shack is a community escaping the toxic pug scene and making like-minded friends!
How is the atmosphere?
-Our community has a rich mixture of individuals within it. We have players ranging of all skills and ages. Our discord is setup for players to better themselves as well as keeping it clean friendly environment. NSFW content will be removed.
-This is an open forum community where people share tricks they know and have found inside and out of their class, spec, and dungeon. We are all here to help each other grow and get better, we are competitive but friendly, no elitism or shaming.
-Anyone with any skill can ask any questions!
Are you another boosting/sales group?
- NO. Period. This is a free community . Our discord community does not allow the participation in Real Money Trading, Boosting, or sales of any sort. Players may be apart of other discords doing such, we do not allow advertisement of such services in our discord or usage of our membership list for such. Players will be removed immediately if this is violated.
What are the requirements to get in?
-As of right now we are looking for players with minimal some mythic+ experience. Preferably new players to the community should have an understanding of all current dungeons and mechanics along with some io to back it up. We have current players (200 or so) ranging from 100 io all the way over 5k io. We encourage all skill levels to join, we are here to help each other!
What are the goals of this group?
-Currently we are preparing for Shadowlands and beyond. We want to grow and become an outlet for players who have similar passion for running mythic+ keys. As of right now we are forming teams based on similar skill and availability. Joining a team is not required by any means; there are less competitive teams whose goals may be similar to yours (ex. only getting Keystone Master or even just a weekly key).
How does this discord ‘work’?
-Our discord is setup to help players progress with their io. As their io increases, more channels and outlets for similar skilled players will open up allowing not only you to progress, but those same players as well. Community Driven! Along with progression of one’s io, we have channels made for every team! You can use this team channel to talk within your team, discuss strats, etc.
How do I join?
-The best thing to do is reply to this forum post with your information you are interested. We currently are putting recruiting on hold as we are managing/creating teams for push groups and keystone master groups.
