Potency is recruiting for Mythic Prog!
We are a Tue/Thurs 7:30-10:30 CST semi-hardcore raiding guild (10/10H, 4/10M) formed in 9.0 by a group of raiders who were tired of having politics, carries and cliques ruin our chances at progression. We are seeking mature, like-minded individuals to fill our last spots for progression. Our goal for this tier is to be minimum top 100 on Mal’ganis with CE.
ABOUT US:
We are a tight-knit community that operates on the creed, “Respect the Raiders, Respect their time.” We are a bit over 20 and need extras for rotation and a competitive roster. We are big on personal responsibility - a 20 man raid can only be as strong as its weakest member! We run keys and Torghast together on off nights and are a close community who help each other stay competitive. We are looking for individuals who want to do the same!
GUILD RULES / RAIDER EXPECTATIONS:
Raiders are expected to research the encounters prior to us attempting them. Raiders are also expected to come fully enchanted and gemmed with the appropriate consumables. (We provide feasts, cauldrons, and vantus runes)
Raiders are required to have the following addons for raiding; DBM or BigWigs, Weakauras, RCLootCouncil, and Method Raid Tools.
Trade-able loot and BOE’s will be distributed/sold through a loot council. We do our best to ensure everyone gets loot in a way that benefits the raid the most. Any BOE’s that are sold will result in the finder receiving 35% of the gold.
Discord is required for all raiders, and we expect you to be comfortable communicating when the time is needed. This means your mic is in working fashion.
Attendance to raid nights is mandatory. If you need to take a day, we expect notice as early as possible. We understand life happens, and this is no issue unless absences become chronic.
Drama, toxicity, or any sort of discrimination will not be tolerated. Vibe is important to us, and we work hard to maintain a fun, stress free adult environment. We don’t care how big your DPS/HPS is, this rule applies to everyone.
