Lost Syndicate is a 10/10H guild looking to recruit some cool people to join our ranks. Our minimum is AOTC every raid tier and hopefully pushing some mythic prog. We’re a semi-hardcore raiding guild, pushing keys, some rated PVP (if you’re into that), etc.
Our raid times (based on server time PST):
- Wednesday 6pm - 9pm
- Thursday 6pm - 9pm
Recruitment:
Exceptional players who feel like they can complement our quality of raiding are encouraged to apply. Our guild is based on the ideal of helping each other excel at what we do to our fullest potential and thus helpful yet driven members are what we look for. We are currently actively recruiting all roles (especially melee dps) for our raid team. The guild is new this expansion, but is growing and making progress.
What we are looking for in you as a raider:
- You love raiding, want to achieve AotC at minimum every raid tier then pushing into mythic afterwards
- Enjoy doing M+, pushing high keys and all that fun stuff.
- You’re an independent and communicative player (that means you actively prepare yourself for new encounters, know about their mechanics and ask when you don’t).
- Be a team, guild, and community focused individual (joining extends to more than just raiding, we want raiders who are members, not numbers)
- Your English is good enough for clear communication.
- Boomkins must use Boomchicken form. It is well known to be an increase in DPS.
We also actively log and go over previous logs to see where improvements can be made. Poor performing members won’t be shamed into quitting but will instead be approached to workshop why and how we can all help with improvement. This same offer extends to those that are performing well but are looking to improve. The guild is a team and as a team we will succeed.
