We do not believe that (Low) parsing is a valid reason to not put you into a raid slot, the numbers generated from logs, and Role Performance Breakdowns are indicators whether or not the player at hand knows their role, and their characters full potential and how the specilization of that character works. we expect that if you are going to raid that you learn as much as you can and work with others in your class and specialization to increase your overall growth as a player.
