Within the storied borders of Quel’thalas, the average Blood Elf lives their life in strict obedience to the oppressive rule of the authoritarian Thalassian State.
Those who most practically administer the state—The Magisters—rule its citizens without compromise. To the Magisters, order is paramount above all else, and therefore, no method of control is without merit; no matter how twisted.
Within the Magisters ranks, a shadowy group of anonymous bureaucrats of high station have been delegated the role of ever-manipulating the news to meet the state’s advantage. These spin doctors and radical censors take their directive dead seriously, and nowhere is such more evident than in the lying pages of their primary tool for achievement: The People’s Sun.

Idea
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about ways that others and I could add some extra flavor to our rich community’s Horde RP scene. What I’ve come-up with is an idea that I’d potentially like to work with people on which involves the use of Twitter. The idea is to create a 100% IC twitter RP account that would represent a state-run newspaper that exists within Quel’thalas. Each tweet would run the gamut from IC guild promotion, obituary entries, game lore developments (from the perspective of the state), etc…
How could one contribute?
Send your tweet to the email address that would be created for the project. Once reviewed, it’d be tagged with a category and then posted.
