About us:
We are Inefficient, a semi-hard core raiding guild on Area 52. We bring with us a wealth of experience in various areas of the game and strong personalities to match. We all are in it to push the highest levels of content that this game has to offer. Outside of raids we are very active and enjoy pushing high m+ keys as well as doing some pvp on the side. We are looking for like minded individuals who are looking to push mythic raid content on a compressed schedule as we all have lives that we need to live outside of WoW.

Tuesday: 9:00 pm - 12:00 am EST
Thursday: 9:00 pm - 12:00 am EST
Progression:
Heroic CN: 10/10
Recruitment:
We are always looking for excellent players, with a proven track record raiding in a competitive environment. If that player is you, don’t hesitate to apply regardless of recruitment needs/status. We take all apps into consideration. Trial periods last 2 weeks, after which we’ll make a decision and either extend to see more from or extend a promotion for a core spot.
Expectations:
We’re looking for players who can commit to our raid schedule and who are motivated to participate in progression. 95% attendance is expected of all raiders. We’re not just looking for people who can top the meters. Survivability, situational awareness, competency, preparedness, and an ability to fit in well with the guild are also key. We also expect everyone to be able to handle constructive criticism as the guild comes before the individual.

Wanted to reach out and see if our goals align with you and your team 
2 of us looking for a new (ideally permanent!) guild for Shadowlands. We spent most of our time on Trollbane server this xpac, where most of our guilds died off. We have now transferred over to A52.
We achieved AOTC each raid in BFA, and we’re looking to at least maintain that, but we are really interested in pushing higher difficulties in SL. Would love to get into some Mythic raids and push high M+ keys (+15s for achievement/mount and such). We are active players and really want to find a solid group of people to play with!
More about us as players:
Myself: comfortable performing all roles. My favorite class is my monk and likely looking at having my Warlock as my main alt come SL. I’ve performed all roles in heroic raiding environments and am mostly happy bringing whatever the team needs!
Him: Comfortable with healing or DPS’ing. Looking at bringing his hunter along as his main in SL with an open mind for an alt. Also happy to bring whatever the team needs at the time!
Again, looking for a fun, good group of players to hang out with and just have a good time while also raiding and pushing M+ keys. We also enjoy a bit of PvP on the side as well

Not sure if you guys are still looking for warlock but a mage friend and I are looking for a good guild in shadowlands. We were both top DPS in a guild that pushed mythic content in BFA. Had to drop out of Nyalotha due to covid issues, but are back full time for shadowlands.
