About Us
<Hourglass> is a hardcore raiding guild looking to recruit the best players on Atiesh. The guild was formed prior to Classic’s release intent on progressing quickly amongst a tight knit group of players. If you are looking for a competitive raiding environment, amongst dedicated players, we are currently recruiting for both main and alternate positions.
<Hourglass> accomplished third server P1 content completion, second for Horde side, 4 weeks after release. All P1 content is cleared in under 3 hours, one night a week.

Voice Communication
Discord
we use discord for all of our voice communication during raid times. you are required to be in discord during all scheduled guild events. we also use discord for contact, missing raid, being late, logs, etc.
Loot Distribution
Hybrid Loot Council using RCLootCouncilClassic
we use a Hybrid loot council system that takes into account: BiS upgrades, attendance, contribution, upgrades in general, attendance, ability to prioritize targeting, and assignments. Specific power items will be distributed via a vote done by RCLootCouncilClassic addon. All other gear will be rolled to the applicable specs/classes MS>OS>PVP
