About Us
Hordes of Chaos (HOC) has called the Whisperwind/Dentarg Server home since the beginning of The Burning Crusade expansion. Since our inception we’ve committed ourselves to building and maintaining an atmosphere, within our Guild, that promotes our core values;

Staying true to these values has shaped us into the Guild we are today and continues to ensure a brighter future for tomorrow.
Our philosophy, regarding recruiting, is this: We value the person that plays the hero rather than the item level, achievement number and/or raid progress of that hero. (Personality over Progress)
We are a family oriented Guild and we ask that all chat is kept PG-13. This helps keep the atmosphere fun and respectful for everyone. (You never know if someone has a little one by their computer)
Activity
Our Guild is mainly made up of working adults. We have some that are retired and a few in College. With that being said, most of us can’t be on as much as we would like. We have people that may only play a few hours a month. And others that play a few hours a day. The Guild is mainly active in the evenings and on the weekends.
You’ll find a little bit of everything in our Guild. Questing, Dungeon & Mythic groups, Raiding, Leveling Alts, Legacy Raids for transmog/achievements, and some PVP.
Raiding
We have been raiding since The Wrath of the Lich King expansion and haven’t missed a current Raid Tier since then. We Raid every week on Saturday and Sunday nights. 7PM-10:30 PM Server Time. (8PM-11:30PM EST) If you’re interested in Raiding please let us know so that we can talk with you about our Raid Team.

There are a few things that we expect from everyone in the Guild:
- You will be a member of our Guild. Therefore you are a direct representation of the Guild while you’re playing in Azeroth. We expect you to represent our Guild with Pride and Respect.
- If you are a member of Hordes of Chaos we expect our members to stay true to our values.
- And lastly have FUN!
