(H) Highly Unfocused recruiting for spots for Uldir! We are a 2 day guild with big ambition.

We are currently looking for driven players for Mythic Uldir. Two of our healers are stepping down because they do not want to do Mythic raids and a Paladin/Monk would be ideal. We are always looking for DPS who want to have a good time and progress 2 nights a week as well!

2/8m 8/8h.

Just to jump on the bandwagon, our raid leader has Cutting Edge and has led top tier raiding guilds and been apart of some of the top guilds in the world. Don't worry, hes not a hardcore guy anymore, but he does have experience.

Why Highly Unfocused? Good question, here are a few reasons:
1) Contrary to the name, we focus when it is important.
2) Life is always first, it is a game after all.
3) Play what you want, want to change? Go for it, just have fun! Fun is important.
4) Groups for PvP, M+, killing Alliance for fun. We do it all.
5) We play many different games together. ARK, Conan, League, PUBG, Divinity Sin, you name it, someone plays it.
6) Serious raiding environment for our 2 days we raid. If you cannot be serious for 5 hours, you should not be raiding.

Unfocused raids 2 nights a week, Tuesday 7:30 till 11est and Friday 8:30 to Midnight est. Good groups don't need 12 hour raid weeks, this isn't a part-time job after all.

8/8h clear in 1 hour 38 minutes last night. That sounds like the kind of guild you should be in or would want to be in. Also, 1 raid night to go this week and nothing but Zek'voz and Vectis. Who is excited? We are.

To be honest our raid leader sets us apart from a lot of guilds. Instead of having a set mythic raid group that you have to wait for a spot to open to join, each week the mythic comp is determined by the heroic raid logs and the player's performance. I've never had a guild do this. No grind in the reject raid group in hope that a spot would eventually open. On top of it all the raid lead goes out of his way to help those who do want to improve.

We all take responsibility for our oopses, we all have fun and even when it gets tense in progression there aren't hard feelings.
