Who are we?
Guh is a Horde mythic raiding guild on Bleeding Hollow – US. We raid Saturday and Sunday starting at 8 PM EST and ending at 12 AM EST. We do have an optional heroic raid day on Friday that starts at 8 PM EST that alts are welcome to join. At the beginning of a new tier it is possible that Fridays are used as progression days.

Why should you join?
We are a progression minded guild that chooses to raid on a two-day schedule. The objective every tier is Cutting Edge. We are made up of a group of friends that have a history in high tier raiding. We have raiders that come from guilds such as Limit and VOID. We have a lean roster built to fill in when a member has a real-life emergency and recruit for core raiders typically.
What are you looking for in a raider?
We are looking for raiders to come prepared to raid. We expect you to have sound knowledge of your class and spec. Since we raid on a tight schedule, we need our raiders to understand fight mechanics before the first pull. We require a working microphone and expect all raiders to be on Discord during raid.
Required add-ons are WeakAuras, RCLootCouncil, and Exorsus Raid Tools.
How is loot distributed?
We distribute loot via loot council based on the following criteria:

BiS potential
Attendance
Our raiders understand that loot drops multiple times. We feel we currently have no drama regarding loot. Just understand the officers are handing out loot with the goal of Cutting Edge in mind.
How do you evaluate performance?
We value the ability to execute mechanics correctly and consistently for any given fight. Castle Nathria is one of the hardest tiers to achieve Cutting Edge. While there is a minimum DPS and HPS requirement to kill a boss, we understand that classes ebb and flow with patches. We believe that with encounter experience we, as a raid group, can meet those minimum requirements. While we would love to have rank 1 players in the world, we understand that this isn’t realistic. We do expect our raiders to contribute towards meeting those minimum requirements, but DPS and HPS parses are secondary to performing mechanics.
