Creating a third raid group containing only your friends.
Tightening ilvl requirements in writing when the raid was already meeting the proposed requirements.
TLDR this person and their friends were intolerable and we banned them. There’s not really anything to see here, no matter how many cherry picked screenshots they try to post. We’ve gotten back several members in the raid who had quietly left because they felt unwelcome since the bans, and I stand by them 100%.
Coming off the back of a great raid night to seeing whatever this all is I feel I have to say that I’ve had a really great time in this guild since joining a year ago.
There’s much and more to say about this exact situation but it ultimately feels weird to be talking about this all as a great moral failing when it comes down to there being a mismatch of expectations and personalities and communication, and the friction that goes with that. I think that’s plain to see here.
Anyway, to end on a better note; It’s been a fantastic xpac launch for us and it would be so easy for me to harp on about how fun it’s all been but for me the real value has been just… the people, in and out of game, and how much care and commitment there is. To each other, to the ideals the guild is run on, all of it.
Someone else come up with a snappy way to end this post for me maybe something about how good the pet channel is I don’t know there’s too much for me to say
obviously no one here is inherently bad or evil or whatever. some of us on either side have been a bit mean (myself included) but to say one person is entirely at fault is just objectively wrong. but taking it to the recruitment thread for the guild is not an attempt to “prevent someone else from getting hurt” its to try and get revenge on a guild which you obviously now have no interest in. you’ve already left the raid team, already transferred servers, what’s the point in continuing to act in bad faith on a video game forum?
Hi everyone! just wanted to say that we have been working through heroic and are now 5/8, working through dathea and getting close so we should be 6/8 soon!
Our ‘relaxed’ group is working through normal currently.
We are officially 6/8 heroic and working through Diurna and onto Razageth! Also shoutout to our m+ players who several of have gotten ksm and now are pushing even higher lol

Hi I was looking through wowprogress just to kind of get an idea of which guilds were progressing and where on wra and I saw this thread that says you guys are 8/8H (aotc) but for some reason I am having trouble getting that to show up on wowprogress?

Anyway, I’ve been with Commune for about a month now, and I love them. I have struggled to find a guild I feel comfortable in, and not an outsider in, and Commune has definitely made me feel more comfortable. Love talking to and running things with these nerds. <3
