Heroic: 20% Deposit upon agreement on price and confirmation of schedule. This is required to book your spot and will be subtracted from the final payment. Full payment before any purchased boss fights are pulled. For 10/11 runs that means full payment before Vigilant Guardian, otherwise before whatever boss is purchased.
Buyer is required to log in 15 minutes prior to the start of the run.
