Stratholme Fire Co. is currently recruiting. We are a casual guild that supports, even encourages RP while not making it mandatory in any way.
Rp such as it is, will be completely free-form with no mandated over-arching story lines. Do as you like.

We get that Bloodsail Buccaneers is an RP server, but there is a large population of players on every RP server who choose that server type because those servers (with one notable exception) have a well deserved reputation of being less toxic, more friendly, and more helpful, with a stronger community than PvE or PvP servers. Our mission statement is to be a fun and friendly guild where all are welcome. We do not need to be the best or the biggest guild, but we would like to be the most fun. Life brings enough stress and drama, feel free to leave it at the log-in screen.

We will be working towards running daily/nightly end-game content in the way of the lvl 60 dungeons (Strat, scholo, LBRS etc.), and 10 man UBRS.
We will absolutely be doing lower level instances along the way to make sure everyone has the smoothest path possible to lvl 60.
PvP: We will definitely be running BGs, and I will be heartbroken if there isnt at least the occasional running fight between Tarren Mill and Southshore.

Ye Olde Molten Chore: MC is on the table, but whether or not we actually run it as a single guild or an alliance of guilds remains to be seen. It takes a sizable core of dedicated raiders to fill a 40 man roster. That may not be us. Considering that our first and foremost goal is to be a casual, fun guild… MC as a guild-only event may end up being out of the question. The 20 man raids will also be tabled for discussion.

1)Remember at all times you are wearing our guild tag and we would like the rest of the community to remember their interactions with us fondly.

2)Leave your politics at the log-in screen

3)Racism and/or homophobia absolutely will not, under any circumstances be tolerated.

4)Don’t even think about griefing/harrassing/interfering with someone else’s roleplay.

Taking it back to what old school MMOs are all about! Being social, friendly, and helping people out.

I am definitely looking forward to a return to the old-school single server community. LFG and LFR were definitely QoL improvements, but imo they had the unintended consequence of making the game in some ways more of a single player experience that random people would intrude on from time to time.

Philosophically, we’re streamer friendly. Our VC has been known to get a little… uhhh… blue collar.
