[H] (Barthilas) Returning players LF Guild heading into Shadowlands

Gday,

Myself and a close friend are looking to return to raiding in Shadowlands on Barthilas Horde. We are both excited to get back into some organised raiding after each taking breaks from the game and are looking at joining a guild with the aim of tackling heroic with potential flexibility of heading into mythic.

I was a Mage main previously, however I am looking at playing my Shadow Priest with the rework coming in Shadowlands. My most recent recent raid experience was in Legion up until the end of Tomb of Sargeras with the guild Apocalypse WoW on Jubei’thos before taking a break from the game.

My mate Llonette is a Blood DK main and is deadset on tanking. He raided as main tank consistently through all of Legion on heroic and mythic as well as the first patch of BFA with Apocalypse WoW.

Currently I am somewhat flexible with times and Llon has a preference for Tues/Thurs/Sun evenings.

Hello friendoes, Viral’s mate Llonette here.

Some context on us as players:

We’re the type of raider to show up early, repaired and with consumables. We like to clear trash in raids as soon as we’re invited to the group - sometimes solo or duo. We take pulls seriously, especially on progression, but on farm stuff we’re definitely likely to suggest cheesy fun stuff (solo tanking as much stuff in Legion as possible, using Blood Mirror to soak Krosus beams…)

We came late to this patch, but both of us cleared Mad World and we’ve got some Heroic progression through pugs. We enjoy Mythic+, but mostly for our Weekly chest loot (and our Raider.ios will show that!).

Hello!

Thanks for putting up a post, was good to get some insight into both of your past experiences, and a 2 for 1 deal sounds like it could be a good fit for my guild. Our raids run on Wed and Sunday nights 7pm-10pm, and while we love to get content done, and on time, we also appreciate some good cheese every now and then!! (Pushing people off platforms with a debuff and wasting their food buff is always a good laugh)
