Yet hold a casual, relaxed, have fun atmosphere, with laughter, as 1 of the keys to our success. The players we have in don’t have to be told, to be ready to raid, min-max, know the fights, come prepared fully!! They are the types that do it under no threat, no warning, no yelling.
