Responsibilities of the Role:
This role’s responsibilities include raid preparation and successful raid execution. Prepare raid strategies and plans in advance, provide clear instructions, and adjust to changing situations. Must be able to review logs to measure performance and provide feedback to players. This guild has two raid teams, therefore if further information is required, the other raid leader is accessible. Our Friday/Saturday raid team will be fully under your control from 8 to 11 p.m. EST. Seeking someone who possesses the abilities to coach, be patient, speak in a non-aggressive manner, and encourage others who are motivated to achieve better.
