We are looking for a few solid players! ideally we are looking for one healer, a DK or rogue, and a Ranged dps!
Acuity is a newly formed Mythic progression guild on US-Thrall. We are the composite of several other guilds that broke up and reformed under a new name and all our raiders and leadership come from progression raiding backgrounds. Our goal is to provide a cohesive and positive raiding environment and push progression efficiently on a lighter raiding schedule.

About Acuity
Acuity is a Mythic progression raiding guild located on US-Thrall (Chicago datacenter). We raid 8 hours a week, so we will expect every raider to use raid time as efficiently as possible. We do not expect raiders to maintain alts or participate in split runs. We hold all our raiders to a high standard and expect them to perform at a competitive level. If you are a talented raider and wish to raid on a lighter schedule while still clearing content in a timely manner, Acuity may be the guild for you. While we have a light raiding schedule many of us are very active in game. We frequently run M+ and organize alt and sale runs. Alt and sale runs generally are held on Thursdays and Sundays. Of course, these are optional.
Requirements/Expectations

Mythic raid experience as well an appropriate item level.

Providing logs is required.

Close to 100% attendance as we run a small roster and we do not recruit for a bench. Of course, if you have a previous engagement or an emergency arises just let us know as soon as you are able.

Proficient in all specializations of your role.

Understanding that you may be sat for encounters/raid nights based on compositional needs.
Loot
Currently, loot will be handed out via Loot Council.
Because loot will be personal only in BfA, we will adopt a pseudo-Loot Council system:
Soulbound gear is, of course, attached to your character and will not be traded.ANY tradeable gear will be traded to a pseudo-ML (provided gear does not become soulbound on trade) and distributed via Loot Council.
As with all progression guilds, we will direct gear towards what will benefit the group the most.
