About Us.
HATED was our guild on Darkspear, where we progressively raided in TBC-CATA. We competed for the top spots on Horde and were one of the long lasting guilds through the games Tri-fecta golden age. HATED built long lasting friendships and memories for its members and we want to continue this into Classic!
Raid Information.
This is where HATED shines! We have always relied on top-tier organization as means of accomplishing raid clears faster then guilds who have to raid more/longer hours. We are continuing in this fashion for Classic, and have already assigned our officers to their roles and held meetings to discuss and decide on Guild policies. In its most basic form, this is the most relevant information important to you;
-Raids will be Wed/Thurs 8-11pm PST. We are predominantly a West Coast Guild.
-HATED uses a transparent DKP system (EPGP) with the main goal being “you get what you earn”.
-Raiders get loot priority over initiates. (2 weeks of 100% raid attendance and acceptance awards Raider Rank. 75% Raid attendance required to hold).
-HATED uses Role leaders to help organize its raids and take care of assignments. You will have a designated Role Leader and Assistant Role Leader.
World Buff Policy.
I have taken an excerpt from our guilds website on our World Buff Policy;
-World Buff Policy-
HATED is for the most part, anti-World Buffs. World buffs can buff your dmg and HP by up to 60%! We want to down bosses through player skill and teamwork, not by being artificially overpowered gods, and feel we can be competitive on our server through the exceptional organization and performance of our raid team. If you decide to grab world buffs before a raid, that’s fine, but if the raid wipes on trash or on a boss, it is for you to deal with. Whining about lost world buffs or the negative attitude that comes with it will NOT be tolerated, and you will be removed from the raid group.
If our guild is sounding like a good fit for you, here are our Member Requirements;
Respect;
-Treat guildies as if they were your family. Not the spoiled brat sister, but the cool older cousin you admire. HATED is a place you can joke around, relax, and have fun, but malicious attacking and outright disrespect is NOT tolerated. These values are also to be displayed outward to the server, as much as applicable. In Classic WoW your guild is a badge of honor, and we want to promote it as a place filled with intelligent and fun individuals, not toxic trash bags.
Performance;
-As a raiding guild at its core, it is critical that our members continue to strive for improvement in the way they play their character, and in their knowledge of the game. It is expected in raids that you know the role of your class, as well as your role in a fight dependent on your Role Leader’s assignments. You are expected to stay alive, apply debuffs assigned to you, cleanse/CC/utility when needed of you, and to perform your function at a competitive level (DPS/HEALS/Mitigation).
Attitude;
-HATED views your attitude and general vibe as tangible assets to our online community. With busy lives, we don’t want our play-time clouded with whiny, negative, raging kids. Focus on having fun during your time online, negative comments, complaining with no aim of solution, or down talking others will result in removal from the guild.
