Due to my guild calling it quits, I am out and about looking for a long term guild to call my home. I am a veteran player since vanilla. Ive been in my current guild since 2013 and maintained at least 95% attendance. Im Currently 387 elemental Shammy with no desire to play resto or enhancement. I am currently seeking a 8/8M guild. With that being said I would love to find a spot where I fit in and the guild wants to raid in multiple tiers to come.

Current Progression: 6/8M Uldir very close on Mythrax

Raid days: Wed-Thurs(9-12 pm US Central, 10-1AM US Eastern, 7-10PM US Pacific).
Optional runs Tuesdays for Heroic as well as M+ runs on other off-days

Currently Recruiting (Preferences):

Neck Ilvl must be 36 , close to it or above.
This is non negotiable. With the new raid minimum of 38 is required to unlock DPS traits.

Raid Schedule/Info/Requirements:
Mythic Raid/Progression: Tuesday and Thursday 8:00PM -11:00PM EST

We Ask:

You have great attendance and accept raid invites 10 minutes prior to raid starting.
Already prepared when the invites go out, this means gear and talents already set and ready and have battle pots.
Have knowledge of your class and how to maximize your potential on any encounter.
Have a good attitude, be open minded, and understand what it takes to be in a competitive Mythic Raid Guild. Raiders will need to be able to take criticism during raids and progression and work as a team. No negativity, racism, name calling, or raging during raid.
For BoD we ask all raiders be 380 ilvl with minimum 36 neck by January 22nd.

About Us / Community:
We are a mythic raiding guild that was formed in BFA, however the founders and officers have been playing together for a long time. Although we are newer we have accomplished a lot and killed bosses in respectable time frame. Our leadership and roster is full of high-end competitive players and we will be not only just pushing CE every tier but to be a top and competitive guild in the US. We are looking to bolster our roster in preparation for 8.1 for a strong start on January 22nd.
Although we only raid two nights a week our guild still maintains an active and fun place to be each week. The guild was started by a r1 and MDI finalist (Deathlobsta) and since the beginning have held that mentality of diversity in game. Our members are very active in M+, alt raids, parse runs, and PVP. Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 holy paladin, 1 disc priest, 1 holy priest , 1 ranged dps. Potentially 1 stud melee player. Anyone talented regardless of class/spec will be considered. Do not be shy to apply even if you are not one of our high priority classes.

Raid Schedule
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst for farm bosses.
[Mythic] Sat/Sun main mythic progression days 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic uldir for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.

We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. Hey there!

My group could use another solid player. We are a cutting-edge focused guild forming up for Battle of Dazar’alor. The group is full of competitive and talented raiders with experiences ranging from top 200 all the way to top 10 and everything between.

We raid Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm – 11pm EST and our goal is to achieve cutting edge at a respectable ranking. We are from Thrall. We hold our raiders to high standards and expect players to play well without having to be babysat every fight. If you are looking to push CE without dealing with underperforming players and officers unwilling to bench their friends, then we might be a good fit for you.

The guild is active with players always looking to do some m+ and hanging out in discord together. We run our raids as stress free as possible, trying to maintain a positive and upbeat raid environment but ensuring that progression happens. About The Guild

We are a guild that formed from a group of friends who played a ton of games together. We have raided through this tier and from a group with not a ton of mythic experience have made it to 6/8M. We want to take that a level up as we have gotten a taste of that success and are looking for some hungry players to join us. Our plan is to have a 24 man raid roster as we know that people run into real life issues and cant always make it with the goal being as fair as possible with rotating in and comp considerations. That and attendance and state of BFA has been extremely negative so we have faced a few raiders who were just not having fun and decided to cancel their sub. With that we know anyone who is still playing is the most hardcore of the hardcore and thats what we are looking for.

This tier is coming to and end and we are currently 6/8M. Alot of our struggles have been around comp and attendance and we are working as a core to address this. Goal for the next raid tier is Cutting Edge.

We dont do much here. Some players are interested in Arena but thats a bit few and far between. Some have been gladiator or 2100+ at some point.

Community Focused:

We would also love to welcome anyone who wants to come play casually as well if its not the right time for you to commit to raiding or if you just want to play on your own schedule. We also play tons of games together including, League of Legends, POE, Blackops 4, and Ark to name a few.

Sanity - If you are an insane rage quitter this probably isnt the place for you. We are building so expecting a full mythic clear week one probably isnt realistic. Once we get on our feet expect big things!
