Hi there!

I'm recruiting for <Surreality>, a 12+ year-old adult raiding guild on the Black Dragonflight / Skullcrusher / Gul'dan cluster. We raid Tuesday-Thursday from 9pm - 11pm EST. Guild Atmosphere
We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We're still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. There's some dry humor, a meme channel in Discord and hidden bot commands to troll each other. We're a family here. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it's just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.

We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. <Spiral Out> of Emerald Dream is currently recruiting for our Tuesday/Wednesday raid night (Odyn 8/8 H 2/8M) team. We run 8:00p-11:00p server/central those two nights. AND our weekend raid team Hyperion that runs 8:30-11:30 server F/S.

As a general rule of thumb we ask that all of our raiders be proficient in a secondary role to their main focus. That can be a second spec or an alt (your preference) but the expectation is that it is available and functional enough to stand in on whatever content is currently being worked on. (looks like you have ths covered already. XD)

We encourage inclusion and fairness in all aspects of our guild. Raiders are given 2 weeks notice when improvement is needed and offered advice and assistance before being benched. We ask that all members be respectful towards their guildmates regardless of raid team or role. We are an active, social guild- we run guild RBGs, mythic + push groups and a Sunday alt friendly Uldir clear. We've existed as a guild since the end of Cataclysm and take pride in our community and stability.

Raid Nights are:

Impending Doom II formed at the end of Vanilla on Ysera, and has had current content clears during
every tier since then. We've had the same officers since Wrath, and most of our players have been with
us since Cata or before. We are an accommodating guild with a focus on progression while balancing
real life with game time. We enjoy a vibrant community which involves both competitive PVE and PVP
content. You can frequently find our members running lower M+ and pushing higher keys (10-15) or
