Gyromatic micro-adjuster

I have a low-level character working on Northrend engineering. I need a Gyromatic micro-adjuster for some items. I looked it up, and all the places it’s sold are in Dragonflight, except for a traveling merchant. I don’t own Dragonflight, and I’ve looked all over Darkmoon Island for this traveling merchant. Can anyone shed some light on how I might get this item? Thanks

Edit: I see this is included in the gnomish army knife. However my skill in Northrend engineering isn’t high enough to make one, and I need it to raise my skill. I’m so loving this right now.

One option is to buy it on the Auction House. The price is a rip-off, but it is an option.
