That is some insane projection there bud 
And by that design is anti soloing and anti everything else by scaling each player no matter what level they are that is pretty much anti solo design philosophy.
Everything in FFXIV is built around its Story and Narrative.
Everything in GW2 is built around its Open World.
Everything in WoW is built around its Instanced Content.
They all excel in their lanes, imo.
If GW2 had Native Controller support, I’d still be playing it. It is an excellent game.

It’s magnitudes more solo friendly than WoW is.
GW2’s largest criticism is its lack of meaningful instanced group content.

If it were to be solo friendly like how? You can’t over level and the game just might bring down your level to match the level there of. And it sounds to me that design philosophy follows SWTOR design philosophy.
TWW will fix the open world content to be the fourth piller.
You don’t need to overlevel content to solo it.
GW2 you can do Open World content solo, everywhere in the game world. the scaling keeps the entire game world relevant to you, and the loot relevant as well. When you go to a lower level zone, you scale down to the maximum level of that zone.
If you want to one-shot everything in the open world, then yeah you’re not gonna do that in GW2. But that’s why their Open World is so much fun to engage with.
But you do not need a group to do very much in GW2’s open world. You only need groups for like the Big World Boss type events. and the scaling ensures that there are always generally enough people around if you DO need help with something, because zones don’t just get abandoned.

i’ll be honest, you come across as someone who has only ever played WoW and has never played any other MMOs.
like I said earlier, each of the Big 4 MMOs excel in their own ways. WoW excels in its Instance Group content, but lacks elsewhere.
WoW has the better combat, GW2 has the better leveling and Open World.

That is nice to assume that I only play World of Warcraft when I do play other mmo. But clearly you just want to be dismissive because you don’t like it when others are being offensive about other people’s takes on things. Well, welcome to the internet my guy.

The leveling experience as it is now. (Scoffs) Is not worth talking about since the prepatch is approaching soon so until then I’ll give you my take on the leveling experience.
Such a dismissive attitude… you refuse to make a statement as to why, expect others to though and when they disagree you get incredibly defensive. Hmm… sounds and smells like a pretty mediocre 
to me.
the TWW leveling process is not going to be drastically different.
the Dragonflight campaign is just being downleveled. it’s the same campaign, same Open World. Same Experience. you just start it at level 1 instead of level 60.
GW2’s leveling will still be better. It’s just designed better overall. In my opinion.

No, I’ve been pretty vocal that leveling in this game is one of it’s worst aspects lol.
That is just your one person take versus millions of others opinions on the matter. You’re opinion is the minority not the majority.

Didn’t you just cry about assumptions? Yet my first post here boasts about how superior WOW’s gameplay is over it’s competition and how I always come back to it no matter what, because of that and the PVP? You are clearly just a pissed off that can’t stand that the other major MMOs do leveling better.
Three people with the same rhetoric doesn’t make it so. So please stop trying to sound like you’re the majority when you’re obviously not in the majority. You three opinions doesn’t make it the majority. Only if everyone agrees then that is the majority but since I’ve seen differing opinions and views about the leveling experience.
