Today, right now, I managed to kill and loot him.
And here’s my advice on how to find him!!!
There is no set window at 4 or 6 hours; he spawns completely randomly after Vyragosa disappears.
Have at least 8 characters on two servers for both PvE and PvP realms, both current and time-lost.
Avoid joining unverified groups; they might break your phase and won’t wait in case of a spawn.
