I’m unable to begin the quest Gutter Work. I’ve been in the specific area and killed plenty of mobs and salamanders/lizards and kobyss in the attempt to find the item that commences the quest and no such luck. Going on day 3 in a row now and it’s the only quest i need to complete in order to receive the “Sojourner of Ashj-Kahet” Achievement. Please help me :(!

Having trouble starting the questline. Only part I need to get “Sojourner of Azj-Kahet” and overall loremaster of the expansion. Please help, trying to finish this content >.<
Same situation for me. “That’s Pretty Gross” shows up on the map on the NE edge of the City of Threads, but there’s no quest giver anywhere. Did some research, showed it was tied to Gutter Work and related to the Emerald Necklace item drop. Last week and prior, when I tried to start the quest by clicking the Necklace in my bags, it said I wasn’t eligible. This week, it now says I already completed the quest. Literally the last thing I need for Sojourner of Azj-Kahet and the full Loremaster of Khaz Algar achievements. Submitted a bug but no idea how to get support for this otherwise since Support says they won’t help with quest or achievement issues…
