Does gutripper stack or just have it on one item only?
I'd assume that it would add both values together for a combined gutripper proc, but I haven't gotten a 2nd piece of gear with the trait.
If you have a second piece you could always test it since there is an azerite reforger.

This. As with most things, they share a single proc chance but deal the combined damage of the two effects. Same for most azerite traits, actually (example, the stacking Chaos Strike damage still stacks every 1.5s, and you still only get 1 stack every 1.5s, but the damage it adds to Chaos Strike is the sum of the two traits).

so if a feral druid runs gutripper can it proc from the bleed effects or will it only proc from the damaging abilities the user is casting? (ps. i know the original post was about stacking not procing sorry.)

90% sure it only procs from hits, not just any damage event.
