I just ran the quest line “Gurgl and the Bandit”, made it to the pet battle with Iris Greedsway. I challenged her and won, several times, both with level 25 pets and a couple with just level 1 pets. Each time I could not interact with Gurgl afterwards. He was highlighted but nothing happened when I clicked on him, so I was not able to ‘save’ him and complete the quest. I tried logging out and logging back in, dumping the quest and picking it back up, nothing seemed to work. Is this a known issue? If so, is there a fix in the works?

Having the same issue… he’s glimmering but I can’t click him. Frustrating since I literally just got pets and leveled them for this quest…
I am also having same issue. seems a lot of quests and achievements have broken after prepatch
I am also having the same issue and so is this mate that i found. We both tried to drop the quest and complete the pet battle again to no avail. Gurgl is active but not actually clickable.
Same issue for me. I tried beating the pet battle twice (without dropping the quest in between), but no change. Also, it is really strange that there are level 70 and level 70 elite monsters during this questline when the zones are all labelled level 45.
Having the same issue. Opened up a GM ticket and they were not helpful at all. Pretty much said theyve looked in the the challenge i’ve faced and they cant verify the issue and no internal reports match the description. Their solution was to report a bug for the quest. Deductive reasoning tells me the Pre-Patch is what bugged this quest as there were no issues prior to Tuesday 7/23/2024

Any fix yet?
Same here with the problem. Submitted a ticket and followed their instructions to delete any addon program and do the UI reset process they have. Didn’t work and just had to report it as a Bug in-game 
I’m getting so frustrated with these quests where you can’t get the actual reward you are trying to. Can’t click/select/interact with Gurgl.

I’m having the same issue as well. I tried to report it but they weren’t very helpful. The only response I got was quote “Customer support does not provide game hints or restore items, currencies, or progress lost due to bugs.”
